Copy is on the Edit menu. It copies the currently selected text, outline, or graphics object and places it on the Clipboard. What was previously on the Clipboard is replaced by the information captured by the Copy command. Once you have copied information to the Clipboard, you can move it from one place in an outline or chart to another place in the same, or different, outline or chart. You use Paste on the Edit menu to move information from the Clipboard or Scrapbook to an insertion point in an outline or Bullet Chart window.
By pressing Option-Command-C, you can copy the rule set attached to the selected headline, or the rules at the current selection in a tree chart or bullet chart.
MORE copies information according to the following rules:
• In outlines, MORE copies highlighted text in a headline or document window. If a headline is selected (not highlighted text in a headline), MORE copies the headline and all its sublevels.
• In bullet charts, MORE copies the currently selected draw objects and/or highlighted text in a drawn text box. Click the background to copy the entire bullet chart.
• In tree charts, MORE copies rules in the Rules window or from the selected nodes and/or connecting lines. Click the background to copy the entire tree chart.
